Wood burned Turtle on Gourd Shell
By Orchid Davis

Click here for an Article on Orchid Davis

Class Fee is $10.00
Included is:
2 patterns
A gourd cutout ready to burn on, a 38"leather cord
Heavy material for the backing
And 6 wooden beads,
(You can paint the beads too, if you wish, to match your necklace.)
Use of Orchid's paints and polishes

You will need to bring your burners and graphite paper. She will have brushes to share but if you have a selection please bring them.
If you choose to put a pin back on it or make it into a refrigerator magnet or sew it on something you should bring that too.
It doesn't have to turn into a necklace.

She  used a fish scale med. pen on the turquoise turtle  for
the scolloped trim and the toenails, it's not really necessary but it does
make it easier to get them even. Orchid will have 2 or 3 to loan (and some to
sell if you want them) but if you have one be sure to bring it.
